"The Gift: The Ultimate Christmas Show" is a heartwarming Christmas musical that weaves the enchanting tale of three spirited elf sisters: Holly, Carol, and Spark. These determined siblings share a simple yet grand dream—to join Santa's elite elf team and play a pivotal role in spreading Christmas joy worldwide. 

Their lives take an unexpected turn when three wise men, seeking Santa's assistance, mistake the trio for Santa's trusted helpers. In a surprising twist, Holly, Carol, and Spark find themselves entrusted with the task of delivering special gifts on behalf of the wise men.

IS THE SHOW REALLY FREE?
Yes!!!! thanks to Glow Church and our generous sponsors this spectacular Christmas Show is completely FREE! Your ticket grants you FREE access to both 'The Gift' Christmas Show and the enchanting Meet and Greet Exhibition.

WHAT AND WHEN IS THE MEET & GREET?
The Magical Meet & Greet Exhibition is where guests can meet the cast and capture photos with their favourite characters. This opens shortly after the show ends.

WHAT IS MY TICKET?
Your email confirmation (when you booked) with the QR Code is your ticket! Simply show it on your phone upon entry. If you can't locate your ticket, simply get in touch and we can resend it to you.

IS THE SHOW A PANTO OR MUSICAL?
“The Gift” is more of a musical adventure that features a captivating story-line, acting and plenty of singing and dancing. There will be something for everyone!

CAN I PARK AT GLOW?
Limited free parking is available at Glow as well as overflow parking a short few minutes walk away. We suggest arriving early to secure a good parking spot and car sharing when coming as a family of group.

WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN?
Doors will open 60 minutes before showtime, giving you ample time to find your seats and get comfortable.

HOW LONG DOES THE SHOW LAST?
The show lasts approximately 1hr 20mins without a break.

WHERE WILL I BE SEATED?
It is free seating inside the auditorium, so we recommend coming early to get the best seats. If you require a space for a wheelchair, please notify the hosts upon arrival.

IS THE SHOW SUITABLE FOR BABIES?
The show has something for everyone, however we understand that little ones may become restless. If this happens, please feel free to take them to the foyer and ask a host if we can help you in any way.

CAN I BRING A PUSHCHAIR INTO THE AUDITORIUM?
Sadly No. Due to space constraints and access requirements we ask that you plan to come without a buggie. If you do need to arrive to the venue with one, our hosts can store your buggies for you upon arrival.

IS THERE A SPACE FOR THOSE WITH SENSORY NEEDS?
Yes. However, we have very limited space in our sensory room, so please speak to a host upon arrival to inquire about availability — sadly we cannot guarantee a space in the sensory room before the show.

The actors, crew, and volunteers for "The Gift" are all volunteers from Glow Church.
