By relocating Trio Coffee Shop, expanding into the main foyer and repurposing the existing space for childcare facilities we're not just creating physical spaces; we're building spaces of connection and hope.

WHERE WILL TRIO BE LOCATED?

We are planning an exciting transformation to our foyer to create a wide open space featuring; Trio Coffee Shop, a new connection hub and doors leading to the rear of the building where we can enjoy an expansive patio area for connection, making better use of the area at the rear of our building. Bringing the coffee shop closer to the main auditorium creates a more natural flow for connection, where people can find the coffee shop with ease and enjoy refreshments before and after the services.

HOW WILL IT IMPACT GLOW KIDS??

Transforming the old Trio space into a wide open space for Glow Kids' Sunday activities to accommodate our growing Sunday services. With 56% increase of youth and children at Glow in the past year, we are committed to creating more space for our expanding kids ministry. A shared space with our nursery, this dedicated child friendly space enhances the experience for families at Glow and keeps the vision for supporting healthy & godly families at the forefront of our thinking.

HOW WILL WE EXPAND THE NURSERY?

To meet the ever-growing demand for places in our Little Cubs Day Nursery we’re creating more wide open spaces dedicated to providing more of the very best care, love, development and education for children and their families in our local community. With waiting lists at record levels, we are excited to create room for more children to be part of our outstanding childcare facility. This will be located in the current Trio space. When renovated this will be a shared space with Glow Kids using the space on Sundays.

WHEN WILL THE WORK START?

Currently, we are in the crucial planning phase. We are actively speaking with local planners and collaborating with Ofsted to ensure that our plans meet all regulatory requirements and standards.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

We are currently in the process of gathering estimates to determine the overall cost of the 'Wide Open Spaces' project. Our primary focus is to ensure that the project is as cost-effective as possible while still delivering our objectives.

CAN YOU CLAIM GIFT AID ON MY GIVING?

Yes. If you're a UK tax payer, we can claim 25p back for every £1 you give, directly from HM Revenue & Customs. If you have never completed a declaration form at Glow, please complete the one below and note that you have to pay at least an equivalent amount of tax to the amount we can reclaim (i.e. 25p for every £1 you give). HOW CAN I GIVE?

Give via ChurchSuite or make a direct bank payment from your bank using the bank details for Glow UK. If you do give to this initiative and you are a taxpayer, please do not forget to complete an online gift aid declaration so that your gifts will be eligible for Gift Aid.

ANY FEES INVOLVED FOR ONLINE GIVING?

Not to you. You will not pay any fees with an online gift unless you select to do so when making the donation. There are no fees when giving via direct bank transfer either.

CAN I GIVE MONTHLY DONATIONS?

Yes. You have the option of either making a one-time gift or setting up a recurring gift. For a one-time gift, you can designate if the gift should be made immediately or you can schedule the gift to come out of your bank account on the date(s) specified by you. We ask that all donations are completed by the end of 2024. Please remember to cancel your recurring giving when you complete your pledge total.
